| Deposits: |
One night's deposit is required at time of reservation for stays
of 1-3 days. 50% deposit is required for longer stays. Four (4)
or more rooms reserved require a 50% deposit, no refunds of deposit. |
| Minimum of two nights stay on weekends. |
| Cancellations: |
A minimum Twenty-one (21) days notice of cancellation prior to
date of arrival is required for return of deposit. Notice of cancellation
given seven days or less prior to date of arrival, or early departure
will require payment of all reserved dates. There can be no exception
to this policy, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. There
is a $20.00 fee for processing cancellations. |
