The Bayberry Inn

Bayberry Room

Click for larger imageWe have lavished our namesake room with our best thoughts for guest comfort. Abundant green linens, velvet rocking chairs, a poster bed, sumptuous bathrobes and complementary sherry service have all been specially appointed for this room. What we could not provide, nature has, from its second story vantage is an unequaled view of the east rim of the Rogue Valley.

Canterbury Room

Click for larger imageThe Canterbury Room provides a soft refuge from the trials of traveling. We have used shades of rose, raspberry, and verdant greens to capture the calm and filtered glow from its western exposure. Its second story perch faces over the front garden and drive, bordered by mature spruce, maple and myrtle wood trees. Cushioned window seats run the length of the room, augmenting the lighted seating area for quiet reading, conversation or contemplation

Sheffield Room

Click for larger imageOn the southern second story, this room overlooks the tall trees and lawn of the Inn's side yard. We have decorated it with subtle golden brocade linens. Quilts, abundant pillows, and upholstered chairs are all provided for our guests' comfort. The chocolate on the nightstand and the sherry service on the pei-crust table exemplifies our hospitality and unswerving desire to provide the extras that will make our guests know how welcome they are.

Garden Room

Click for larger imageSituated to catch the south and western sun, a wicker settee and chairs await outside the separate entrance to this room. Inside, the room is decorated in rose, green and translucent white. The French doors that provide the second entrance open out onto the front veranda, flower garden, and front drive. The interior entrance opens into the sitting area with fireplace and library.

Veranda Room

Click for larger imageThis room, with its ivory satin settee, muted rose jacquard, and crystal lamps, is deep in the shade of the stately blue spruce trees that grow at the northwest corner of the Inn. It has French doors opening onto the front veranda, garden and drive; and another interior door that opens into the front sitting room and library.

Back Garden Room

Click for larger imageOverlooking the quiet backyard, and shaded by the central Wild Plum, this room is the most recent addition to the accommodations at the Inn. One of its best features is the spacious walk-in closet, commodious enough for the largest complement of luggage and increasing volume of souvenirs.
